Report a Violation

The AHSO is the central office responsible for maintaining records for the Texas A&M University Honor System. Academic integrity is an essential force in the academic life of a university. Students and faculty members have an obligation to report cases of academic dishonesty.

Faculty/Graduate Student/Teaching Assistants

Instructors are expected to adhere to the policy pertaining to the reporting and adjudication of violations of the Aggie Code of Honor. Initiating formal procedures is a necessary and obligatory component of challenging and making known acts that violate the Aggie Code of Honor. Faculty, Lab Coordinators, and Graduate Teaching Assistants should utilize this form to report allegations of academic misconduct.

Students/Staff/Community Members

It is the responsibility of all members of the Texas A&M University Community to actively promote academic integrity. Students, staff, and members of the community who need to report an allegation of academic misconduct must utilize this form.
