The Academic Integrity Development Program (AIDP or Remediation) is designed to facilitate and finalize the learning that students experience as part of the Aggie Honor System Office processes. This program is assigned automatically through a variety of sanctions that include:

1. F* in the Course
2. Honor Violation Probation
3. Complete the Academic Integrity Development Program

Students may enroll in AIDP for any calendar month they are enrolled as a student at the University (exception may be granted by the AHSO). To enroll, students must complete the form available at:
http://tx.ag/AIDPSignup. All available months are listed in the sign up form.

20.2.7 ACADEMIC INTEGRITY DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM

Intervention Strategies and Purpose:
 
A. Disciplinary Intervention
 

1. F* grade penalty
2. Honor Violation Probation – requires participation in the Academic Integrity Development Program to remove the “*” from the transcript and be considered back “In Good Standing” with the university. Students on Honor Violation Probation are considered NOT in good standing with the university.
    

B. Evaluation/Education Intervention
 

1. Evaluation – to identify the source of the misconduct and behavior that contributed to academic misconduct
2. Education – to address the source and behavior
3. Referral to the Academic Integrity Development Program and other effective resources on campus
4. Implementation – Feedback on strategies and educational tools obtained through the process to promote academic integrity and personal values
